Job summary

• Lead and manage a diverse team consisting of over 8 officers and more than 100 personnel in the tractor assembly unit, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Experience in managing quality assurance processes and customer complaint resolution in a timely and effective manner is essential.
