Job summary

Keka Technologies Private Limited is seeking an Artist Manager to oversee day-to-day business affairs for artists and drive marketing initiatives from Mohali (work from office).

You will manage meetings, tours, and public appearances, handle negotiations for deals, and coordinate marketing plans while overseeing revenue collection and content creation. The role requires 3–4 years of experience in artist marketing and a proactive, results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day business affairs of an artist, advising on professional matters and career planning.
• Manage artist meetings, studio time, tour schedule and public appearances.

• Hold auditions and interviews to discover potential clients and develop marketing strategies.
• Initiate contacts for promotion, negotiate deals, arrange lodging/travel for gigs.
• Book interviews, hire coaches for performance and supervise daily bookkeeping obligations.
• Ensure revenue targets are met for each artist.
• Video production and content creation for the artist.
• Regulate social media growth and overall artist growth.

Location: Mohali (Work from office)

1. The responsibility of the artist manager is to oversee the day-to-day business affairs of an artist; advice and counsel talent concerning professional matters, long-term plans and personal decisions which may affect their career.

2. Manage all aspects of the artist’s meetings, studio time, tour schedule and public appearance schedule

3. Artist managers are responsible for collecting revenues, fees or other payments stipulated in contracts.

4. Hold auditions and interviews to discover potential clients, communicate with artists to develop marketing plans or tour goals for their music career and to recommend and implement actions to achieve them.

5. Initiate contacts with individuals and organizations that may help in the promotion of their client’s career, negotiate and seek ex-deals, prepare lodging, travel, food and other needs for their clients’ out of town gigs and performances.

6. Book interviews for promotion, hire coaches and trainers to help artists with dancing, voice, translations and others, and perform daily bookkeeping take and complete financial obligations

7. Ensuring the completion of the revenue target for their respective artist.

8. Video production and content creation for the artist.

9.Regulating the social media & overall growth of the artist.

10.Regulating marketing and promotion for the music, movie release of the artist

11.Strictly follow & execute the company/department policies and strategies in the best possible ways.

12.Working on the A&R of the artist which means implementing various ways of PR & promotions, Content making and selling to the other labels and working on the social media growth of the artist.
