Job summary

Runwal Enterprises is seeking a senior architect to lead coordination across domestic and international design consultants and coordinate for landscape, interior finishing, and project progress. The role requires overseeing drawings, design briefs, and test fits to ensure timely delivery of large-scale residential and commercial projects.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Master’s in Architecture with at least 10 years of relevant experience in architectural firms or real estate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or master's in architecture.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with recent work on large-scale residential/commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation of designs sent by various consultants.
• Preparation and co-ordination of approval drawings.
• Project coordination with domestic and international design consultants/architects.
• Manage timely deliverables to project management/ execution team.
• Co-ordination of drawings and information flow.
• Co-ordination for landscape and infra of the project.
• Co-ordination for interior finishing of the project for implementation of design details and quality while close monitoring and analysing the work progress to achieve the timelines.
• Preparation of design brief.
• Test fits for the project as per brief received.

Education
