Job summary

RCM Business seeks an experienced Site/Construction Manager to supervise new construction, renovation and infrastructure projects across India. You will monitor site execution, quality, safety and timelines while coordinating with contractors, consultants, vendors and internal teams.

The role requires reviewing drawings, BOQs and material requirements, ensuring completion within approved cost and quality targets, and preparing regular progress reports.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in industrial/commercial construction and site management.
• Good knowledge of BOQ, estimation, billing, drawings and contractor management.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• RCC, structural works, finishing works, and commercial building construction
• Willingness to travel PAN India is essential.
