Job summary

Tetr College Of Business in Gurugram seeks a detail-oriented Accounts Payable & Receivable professional to manage day-to-day accounting operations, including vendor payments, invoicing, reconciliations, GST, payroll support, reimbursements and cross-border transactions.

• B. Com/M. Com or equivalent qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable & Receivable, including invoice processing and vendor payments.
• Process and verify vendor invoices with approvals and GST compliance.
• Maintain and reconcile vendor, customer, bank and general ledgers.
• Track receivables, aging and collections; resolve discrepancies.
• Handle GST-related accounting, reconciliations and supportive documentation.
• Support monthly payroll accounting and salary-related entries.
• Process employee reimbursements and settlements as per policy.
• Support month-end closing, journal entries, audits and MIS.
• Coordinate with vendors, employees, HR and procurement for timely transactions.

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable & Receivable professional to manage day-to-day accounting operations, including vendor payments, invoicing, reconciliations, GST, payroll support, reimbursements and cross-border transactions.

Specifically, this role will involve

• Managing end-to-end Accounts Payable & Receivable, including invoice processing, billing, collections and vendor payments.
• Processing and verify vendor invoices, ensuring appropriate approvals, documentation and GST compliance.
• Maintaining and reconcile vendor, customer, bank and general ledgers.
• Tracking receivables, ageing and collections; resolve discrepancies and outstanding balances.
• Handling GST-related accounting, reconciliations, challans and supporting documentation.
• Supporting monthly payroll accounting, salary-related entries and statutory deductions.
• Processing employee reimbursements, advances and settlements as per company policy.
• Supporting month-end closing, journal entries, audits and periodic finance MIS.
• Coordinating with vendors, employees, HR, Procurement and other stakeholders to ensure timely financial transactions
