Qualifications

• 6 to 8 years of experience in after-sales/service management preferred.
• Experience leading service operations and parts management for MHE or similar equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead service operations for forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Manage service engineers and technicians.
• Ensure timely response and resolution of customer complaints and breakdowns.
• Plan and monitor Preventive Maintenance (PM) and equipment uptime.
• Manage warranty claims and coordinate with OEMs for technical support.
• Drive AMC, service contracts, breakdown service and after-sales revenue.
• Manage spare parts operations forecasting, procurement, inventory and sales.
• Maintain optimum stock of fast-moving and critical parts.
• Monitor parts margins, inventory turnover and slow-moving inventory.
• Prepare service/AMC/parts quotations and support commercial negotiations.
• Develop strong relationships with key customers and conduct regular customer visits.
• Establish service processes, SOPs, reporting and escalation mechanisms.
• Work closely with Sales, Finance, Logistics, Operations and OEM teams.
• Track and improve service and parts KPIs.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced After Sales & Parts Manager to lead service operations, parts management and after-sales business for our growing MHE business. The candidate will be responsible for customer satisfaction, equipment uptime, service revenue and parts profitability.
