Job summary

Talent Bridge Consultancy is seeking a Finance professional in Solan, Himachal Pradesh, to oversee financial reporting, MIS, audits, and regulatory compliance. The role emphasizes Ind AS, statutory filings, and consolidations with the holding company.

The position involves coordination with auditors, tax and regulatory teams, and ensuring timely financial closures and accurate management reporting across plant operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Ind AS.
• Ensure compliance with Schedule III of the Companies Act, 2013, and other applicable accounting standards.
• Manage plant accounting operations, inventory accounting, and cost-related records.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare plant-level MIS reports, variance analysis, and management reports.
• Coordinate with Holding Company for consolidation of financial data and reporting requirements.
• Provide actionable insights to management through financial analysis and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate and manage quarterly and annual internal/statutory audits.
• Liaise with auditors and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
• Support assessment proceedings and coordinate with consultants for representations and submissions.
• Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, Customs, FEMA, PF, ESI, Labour Laws, and other statutory requirements.
