PhonePe Limited seeks a Manager, Accounting (Indirect Cost Analysis) to lead its Finance & Accounting team and own indirect cost allocation across business units. You will drive cost analysis, improve controls, and ensure timely financial reporting, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

The role requires a Chartered Accountant with 5+ years in finance, including management experience, and a strong grasp of P2P and process automation.

Qualifications

• CA qualification with 5+ years experience in finance, including 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of indirect cost accounting, accruals, balance sheet, and variance analysis.
• Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Proficient with financial systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a high-performing accounting team.
• Finalize indirect costs, accruals, and allocate across units.

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reporting.

• Prior experience in driving process automation initiatives

• Chartered Accountant (CA)
• 5+ years of relevant experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a managerialrole.
• Good understanding of indirect cost accounting, accruals, balance sheet and variance analysis.
• Proven experience in stakeholdermanagementand cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools
