Job summary

Uno Minda Group in Pune district is seeking a seasoned Production Staff supervisor to execute production as per plan for child parts, sub-assembly, and assembly, coordinating with PPC to ensure daily plan adherence. You will optimize shop floor operations and drive adherence to defined process standards.

The role requires manpower planning, deployment based on skills, and ensuring compliance with IATF/ISO standards, EHS, and quality issue closure.

Qualifications

• 15-20 years of experience in manufacturing/production operations.

Responsibilities

• Production as per plan for child parts/sub-assembly/assembly as per PPC plan.
• Coordinate with PPC team for daily production plan adherence.
• Manpower planning and deployment as per skill level and process requirement.
• Ensure compliance on shop floor with standards (e.g., IATF/ISO14001/45001, IR/PR, EHS).
• Achievement of Plan Vs Actual Production.
• Adherence to defined process standards (Control plan, OGS, WI).
• Production control Board analysis for loss hours and action plan.
• Analysis of internal quality issues and timely closure.
