Digitide is seeking a Transition Manager to drive end-to-end transition of domestic BPO processes from client handover to steady-state operations. The role requires coordinating with Operations, HR, Training, and IT to ensure smooth knowledge transfer and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 6–10 years in BPO, at least 3 years in transition/project management, and experience with domestic voice processes. MBA preferred; location in Navi Mumbai.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end transition of domestic BPO processes from client handover to steady-state operations.
• Plan, execute, and close transition projects within timelines.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams (Operations, HR, Training, IT).
• Ensure knowledge transfer and process setup; track progress and report status.
• Identify risks and ensure timely resolution; support hiring, training, and ramp-up.
• Maintain transition documents and reports

• Overall 10 years’ experience
• No Warning Letter issued in the past 6 months
• E-learning mandatory courses certified wherever applicable
