Digitide in India is seeking a Transition Manager to lead end-to-end transition of domestic BPO processes from client handover to steady-state operations. The role requires coordinating with clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth migration, planning, and delivery within timelines.

The ideal candidate has 6–10 years of BPO experience, at least 3 years in transition or project management, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. MBA is preferred and a graduate degree is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree required (Bachelor’s).
• MBA preferred for advanced roles.
• 6–10 years of BPO experience.
• Minimum 3 years in transition/project management.
• Experience in domestic voice processes preferred.

Job Summary: Manage end-to-end transition of domestic BPO processes from client handover to steady-state operations. Ensure smooth migration, proper planning, and successful delivery within timelines.

• Handle complete transition lifecycle (planning, execution, closure)
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams (Operations, HR, Training, IT)
• Ensure smooth knowledge transfer and process setup
• Track progress and share regular status updates
• Identify risks and ensure timely resolution
• Support hiring, training, and process ramp-up
• Maintain transition documents and reports
