Job summary

EXL is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager/AVP to lead Finance for the London Market, based in Noida with a hybrid work model.

The role focuses on end-to-end order-to-cash processes, credit and debt management, and broker relationships, with mandatory London Market experience and hands-on insurance finance expertise.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee order to cash, credit control and collections processes.
• Manage debt, bank reconciliations and cash allocations.
• Coordinate broker relations, discussions with underwriters and customers on payments.
• Ensure service levels and client management for the London Market.

Designation - Manager/Senior Manager/AVP

Work Location - Noida

Shifts - 4pm -1 pm

Complete Hybrid- Mandatory 3 days WFO + During requirements 5 days WFO

Key Requirements:

• Working knowledge of order to cash, credit management, cash allocation, debt management and collections, bank reconciliations etc.
• London market experience is mandatory for Manager and SM.
• Responsible for Broker Relationship Management and dealing with underwriters, brokers, customers and answering any query they might have related to payments, commission or debt related.
• Should have flair for transformation and continuous improvement.
• Hands on experience of Insurance Finance and Accounts
• Manging client, process and service levels

Eligibility Criteria:

• B. Com pass or B. Com Hons /M.com graduate/Any Finance Graduate
• Minimum 8 -12 years of experience in Credit Control/ Accounts receivable for London Market
• Minimum 10+ years of Team management experience for Manager, 12+ for SM and 14+ for AVP
