Job summary

Crescendo Global Leadership Hiring India is seeking an experienced Manager Underwriting / Credit Control for Noida with 8–15 years of insurance operations expertise, including London Market underwriting and premium controls.

In this individual contributor role, you will oversee underwriting support, broker coordination, and reconciliations while ensuring compliance with controls and timelines. The position operates on a 1 PM–10 PM shift from Noida.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of experience in insurance operations, underwriting support, credit control or premium operations.
• London Market insurance knowledge; Lloyd's Market experience preferred.
• Experience in premium processing, collections, reconciliations or insurance receivables.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in an individual contributor role and take the 1 PM–10 PM shift from Noida.
