Job summary

Crescendo Global in Noida is seeking an experienced Manager Underwriting / Credit Control with 8–15 years in insurance operations and London Market experience. This individual contributor role focuses on underwriting support, credit control and premium processes.

You will monitor premium collections, reconcile broker and accounts, and coordinate with brokers, underwriters and finance teams to resolve issues. The shift is 1 PM–10 PM from Noida.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of experience in insurance operations, underwriting support, credit control or premium operations.
• Strong understanding of the London Market insurance ecosystem; Lloyd's Market experience preferred.
• Experience in premium processing, collections, reconciliations or insurance receivables.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in an individual contributor role and work the 1 PM–10 PM shift from Noida.
