Job summary

Chandigarh University invites applications for an Admissions Lead role in the Chandigarh campus. You will lead the Admissions team to achieve enrollment targets, design strategies for UG/PG programs, and optimize the funnel from lead to enrollment.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Counseling, Academics, and other stakeholders, monitor CRM-driven metrics, and report on funnel health and conversions. The role demands strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and a focus on growth

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Admissions team to achieve assigned enrollment and conversion targets.
• Develop and execute admission strategies for UG/PG programs across assigned territories.
• Monitor lead generation, counseling, follow-ups, conversions, and enrollment through CRM.
• Drive team performance through daily reviews, funnel analysis, and target tracking.
• Handle high-value leads, escalations, and parent/student counseling to improve conversions.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Counseling, Academics, and other stakeholders for effective admissions operations.
• Analyze admission data, market trends, competitor activities, and conversion metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, training, and coaching.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of admission funnel, team productivity, and enrollment performance.
• Participate in admission campaigns, outreach activities, events, and institutional initiatives.
