Job summary

YAZAKI INDIA Private Limited is seeking a Plant Maintenance professional to oversee breakdown prevention and machine history records, ensuring reliable operation across the plant in Bhopal. You will implement cost-saving ideas in spares maintenance, conduct audits like Crimp Check and PPAP-related activities, and train maintenance staff to improve MTBF and uptime while localizing consumables.

Experience in maintenance planning, data logging, and supplier development for small automation projects

Responsibilities

• Maintain and timely update breakdown record, breakdown slip, logbook, machine history sheet, Preventive Record, Predictive record, spare parts list, service record, utility reports, tool change record etc.
• Prepare the Plant Maint personnel training & Skill improvement plant.
• Implement cost saving ideas in machine spares maintenance / procurement.
• Conduct the customer specific YC recommended audit like “Crimp Check Audit” & declare the Score after Audit.
• Attend the Customer PPAP Audit & quality system audit & prepare related documents.
• Support the Plant Maint for Machine breakdown issue & get the solution for YC Maint Division.
• Develop the supplier for small automation in process to reduced manpower /setup time etc.
• Keep all machine poke yoke in working condition
• Machines Preventive Checkpoints to be increased as per previous year Breakdown history.
• 100% adherence Preventive maintenance plan vs actual.
• By Localize consumable parts.
• To reduce the breakdown.
• To improve MTBF

Job description
