You will handle calendar management, LMS administration, and learning analytics, leveraging AI/Copilot-enabled productivity tools to drive operational excellence and data-driven decisions.

• Supports the Global OD team in administration and learning operations.
• Coordinates program logistics, vendor orchestration, and LMS administration.
• Generates reports, dashboards, and learning analytics to enable insights.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calendar management and training nominations.
• Communicate with stakeholders and manage documentation.
• Support budget tracking and procurement for OD programs.
