• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and provide technology solutions related to healthcare systems.
• Analyze complex healthcare data sets including EDI, claims, eligibility, utilization, and quality metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Develop detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process flows, and use cases.
• Develop user stories and define acceptance criteria
• Translate regulatory and compliance requirements (HIPAA, HEDIS, CMS, ICD, CPT) into business solutions.
• Lead business process redesign and optimization initiatives to support efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
