Job summary

Unigold Finance Limited is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead end-to-end talent acquisition, workforce planning, and people strategy in Bhubaneshwar. The role partners with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness and employee development across the lifecycle.

The candidate will oversee payroll inputs, HRMS, compliance with labour laws, and employee relations, while championing engagement and culture-building to support growth and retention.

Qualifications

• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition and workforce planning.

• Mentor and guide junior HR team members while driving cross-functional collaboration
