Job summary

Tyro Ventures in Mumbai seeks an experienced HR professional to manage end-to-end HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Performance Management, Learning & Development, and compliance with Labour Laws.

You will partner with business leaders to drive employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and HR excellence across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end HR functions including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, PMS, L&D, policies and compliance.
• Ability to partner with business leaders to drive engagement and organizational effectiveness.
• Strong knowledge of Labour Laws and statutory regulations in India.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and ensure compliance across the organization.
• Drive the Performance Management System (PMS), including goal setting, appraisals, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
• Plan and execute Learning & Development initiatives, training calendars, induction programs, and leadership development programs.
• Ensure compliance with Labour Laws and statutory regulations, including Shops & Establishments Act, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, CLRA, POSH, and other applicable labour legislations.
• Oversee HR operations, including employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, attendance, leave management, HRMS, and personnel records.
• Support employee engagement, retention initiatives, and grievance handling.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Prepare HR MIS reports, dashboards, and analytics for management review.
• Ensure timely completion of statutory audits and compliance documentation.
• Drive organizational development initiatives and support change management programs.
