Qualifications

• Class X and Class XII must have minimum 60% marks.

Career Progression

Upon successful completion of the 18‑month program, Management Trainees who meet performance standards will be appointed as Assistant Managers (or equivalent). With consistent high performance, candidates will be on a fast-track growth path to General Manager/Resident Manager roles.
