StayVista is looking for a General Manager - Learning & Development in Mumbai to lead the training school’s end-to-end operations, trainee lifecycle, and deployment while owning the P&L. You will drive placement outcomes, build a high-performing team, and collaborate with stakeholders across locations to elevate guest experiences.

Your Role

As a General Manager - Learning & Development at StayVista , you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end functioning of the training school, including trainee lifecycle, training delivery, and deployment, while owning the P&L. The role involves ensuring operational efficiency, strong placement outcomes, and building a high-performing team, with a focus on both people development and business performance.

About You

• Training & curriculum management, trainee pipeline & acquisition, deployment & workforce planning, and overall P&L ownership
• Managing trainers and teams, performance tracking & reporting, and stakeholder management
• 6+ years of experience in Training/L&D, hospitality operations, or institute/school management
• Strong leadership, team management, business acumen, training design & execution, and stakeholder handling with high ownership
• Preferred experience in hospitality/hotel industry, working with frontline or blue-collar workforce, and scaling teams across multiple locations
• This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs
