Role Overview

The Management Trainee Program is designed to develop future leaders through structured exposure to multiple functions and business verticals across the Group. This is a leadership track with rotational assignments across our diverse operations, allowing trainees to build a strong foundation in business management, people leadership, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Business Exposure & Rotations

• Participate in structured rotations across business verticals
• Gain exposure to plant operations, corporate offices, and frontline business environments.
• Learn Group governance processes, business controls, and decision-making frameworks.

Project Ownership

• Handle defined projects and assignments with measurable outcomes.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
• Work directly with functional leaders on live business challenges.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and management presentations.

Leadership Development

• Attend structured learning and development programs.
• Work under the guidance of mentors and senior leaders.
• Participate in performance reviews and assessment milestones.
• Demonstrate ownership, discipline, and leadership potential in daily work.
