Job summary

Durucooperation in Tamil Nadu seeks an experienced Management Representative – Quality & ISO to lead the ISO Management System, drive compliance, and continually improve quality across manufacturing operations.

You will implement ISO 9001 standards, coordinate internal and customer audits, manage CAPA and risk processes, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure ongoing certification and continual improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Diploma/BE in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 3–5 years of experience in Quality/ISO in manufacturing.
• Experience with ISO 9001 audits and documentation.
• Ability to manage ISO documentation, audit coordination, CAPA and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Establish, monitor, and maintain the ISO/QMS Management System.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and control Quality Manuals, Policies, SOPs, and Records.
• Plan internal audits and coordinate CAPA actions to closure.
• Coordinate Customer Audits, ISO Certification, Surveillance and Recertification.
• Identify non-conformities and perform root cause analysis (5 Why, Fishbone, 8D).
• Monitor NCRs, CAPA, customer complaints, KPIs and risks.
• Coordinate Management Review Meetings and track action items.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Management Representative – Quality & ISO to independently manage and continually improve the organization's ISO Management System. The role will be responsible for ISO implementation, documentation, internal and external audits, compliance, CAPA, risk management, management reviews, and cross-functional quality improvement within a manufacturing environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, maintain, and monitor the ISO/QMS Management System.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, customer-specific, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and control Quality Manuals, Policies, SOPs, Work Instructions, Quality Plans, Records, and other QMS documentation.
• Plan and conduct internal audits and coordinate corrective/preventive actions through timely closure.
• Coordinate Customer Audits, ISO Certification, Surveillance, and Recertification Audits.
• Identify non-conformities and drive Root Cause Analysis using 5 Why, Fishbone, 8D, etc.
• Monitor NCRs, CAPA, customer complaints, quality objectives, KPIs, risks, and improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate Management Review Meetings, prepare reports/minutes, and track action items.
• Ensure effective document and record control, including obsolete document management.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, Stores, Maintenance, Design/R&D, Sales, HR, Service, Projects, and Top Management.
• Drive continual improvement and ensure effective implementation of the Management System across departments.

Mandatory Requirements

• Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Quality, ISO, or Management Systems.
• Strong hands‑on experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Essential experience handling Internal Audits, Customer Audits, ISO Certification, Surveillance, and Recertification Audits.
• Strong practical knowledge of ISO 9001.
• Ability to independently manage ISO documentation, audit coordination, corrective actions, and compliance.
• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor / Lead Auditor certification preferred.
• Candidates capable of independently managing the complete ISO Management System without relying solely on external consultants will be preferred.
