Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services is seeking a Quality Management professional to drive QMS implementation and maintain compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, and IATF 16949. The role demands 1–3 years of experience in a similar position and strong documentation skills.

You will coordinate audits, manage documentation, and report KPIs to leadership while promoting a culture of quality across the organization. This is a hands-on opportunity in Bengaluru with exposure to global standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Management Representative, Quality Engineer or similar role.
• Exposure to ISO 9001, AS9100, or IATF 16949 standards.
• Knowledge of aerospace industry requirements and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong analytical, documentation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• QMS Implementation & Maintenance: ensure compliance with ISO/AS9100/IATF standards and maintain documentation, procedures, and records.
• Management Review & Reporting: organize meetings and present QMS performance to top management; monitor KPIs.
• Continuous Improvement: identify areas for improvement and drive corrective/preventive actions.
• Stakeholder Coordination: act as primary contact for certification bodies, auditors, and customers on QMS matters.
• Risk Management: support risk assessment activities and ensure mitigation plans are integrated into the QMS.

Key Responsibilities

1. QMS Implementation & Maintenance:

• Ensure compliance with ISO/AS9100/IATF standards and other relevant aerospace regulations.
• Maintain documentation, procedures, and records related to the QMS.
• Facilitate internal and external audits, including preparation, coordination, and follow-up on corrective actions.

Management Review & Reporting:

• Assist in organizing and documenting management review meetings.
• Prepare and present QMS performance reports to top management.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality objectives.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify areas for improvement within the QMS and drive corrective/preventive actions.
• Promote a culture of quality and compliance across the organization.
• Train and guide employees on QMS requirements and best practices.

Stakeholder Coordination:

• Act as the primary point of contact for certification bodies, auditors, and customers on QMS-related matters.
• Ensure effective communication between departments regarding quality issues and updates.

Risk Management:

• Support risk assessment activities and ensure mitigation plans are integrated into the QMS.

Qualifications & Skills

Essential:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Management Representative, Quality Engineer, or similar role.

Preferred:

• Certification in Quality Management (e.g., CQM, Lead Auditor).
• Hands-on experience with audit processes (internal/external).
• Familiarity with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, CAPA and other core quality tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office and QMS software/tools.
