Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon for a Mall Leasing and High Street Executive. The role involves identifying and securing leasing opportunities in malls and high street locations, building and maintaining relationships with property owners, developers, and tenants, and conducting site visits to evaluate properties. The executive will support negotiations, prepare and review leasing proposals, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and closure of leasing transactions. Daily responsibilities also include tracking market trends, maintaining accurate records of leads and deals, and providing regular updates and reports to management on pipeline and performance.
