Job summary

California Burrito is seeking an experienced Maintenance Executive to oversee maintenance, upkeep, and operational efficiency across our stores and kitchen facilities. You will manage equipment, electrical systems, utilities, and infrastructure to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime.

You will coordinate with internal teams and vendors to uphold safety, reliability, and high facility performance, supporting new store setups and renovations while preventing disruptions to store

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITI in Electrical, Mechanical or related technical field.
• Experience in QSR, Food Retail, Hospitality, FMCG or Commercial Kitchen preferred.
• Hands-on experience with commercial kitchen equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle preventive & breakdown maintenance of kitchen equipment.
• Manage electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil & facility maintenance.
• Conduct regular inspections and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain fire safety and other safety requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely repairs.
• Support new store setup, renovation & maintenance.
• Ensure minimal disruption to store operations.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The position will also involve coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure high standards of safety, reliability, and facility performance.

Candidate Profile

• Diploma / ITI in Electrical, Mechanical or related technical field.
• Experience in QSR, Food Retail, Hospitality, FMCG or Commercial Kitchen is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with commercial kitchen equipment will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and general civil maintenance.
• Good troubleshooting, problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple locations/tasks and work under pressure.
