Mappy Global Resources in Mumbai is seeking a Maintenance Lead (Pan India) to oversee outlet infrastructure, electrical systems, HVAC, and other maintenance across the country for a leading QSR / Cafe group.

The role requires hands-on maintenance expertise, multi-store coordination, vendor management, and travel across India to support new openings, inspections, and preventive and corrective maintenance within defined budgets.

Qualificações

• Hands-on maintenance across electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing and civil works.
• Experience managing maintenance across multiple stores/outlets or locations.
• Proven vendor management and service-partner coordination skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage maintenance operations across multiple outlets across India.
• Handle electrical, HVAC, equipment, plumbing, civil, carpentry and general maintenance issues.
• Conduct regular outlet visits and maintenance audits.
• Manage preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service partners.
• Track breakdowns and ensure timely closure within defined TATs.
• Maintain records of assets, breakdowns, repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Support new outlet openings, equipment installation and store renovations.
• Monitor vendor performance, service quality, costs and AMC activities.
• Identify recurring breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Operations, Projects, Procurement, Finance and regional teams.
• Ensure maintenance activities are completed within timelines and budgets.
• Travel extensively across India as required.

About the Role

The role will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of outlet infrastructure, electrical systems, HVAC, equipment and other maintenance requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Current experience should be in Maintenance, Facilities, Engineering or a similar function.


• Experience in QSR, Cafe, Restaurant, Retail, Hospitality or other multi-location businesses preferred.


• Strong hands‑on understanding of electrical systems, HVAC, equipment and general maintenance.


• Experience managing maintenance vendors and service partners.


• Should have experience handling maintenance across multiple stores/outlets or locations.


• Strong ownership, coordination and problem‑solving skills.


• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
