Job summary

California Burrito is seeking an IT Maintenance Executive to support store IT infrastructure across Gurugram (Delhi NCR) and Bengaluru. The role centers on POS devices, printers, networking, and proactive maintenance to keep systems running during store hours.

You will install, configure, troubleshoot, and coordinate with vendors, ISPs, and telecom partners. On-call support, training for staff, and involvement in new store launches are included. Six-day work week with field work.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.Tech in IT, Computer Science Engineering or Electronics Engineering.
• 1–4 years of experience with POS devices.
• Experience in install/configure/maintain POS systems, printers, and peripherals.

Responsibilities

• Store IT Support: install, configure, and maintain POS systems, printers and peripherals; troubleshoot printers; support SIM-based landline phones; troubleshoot connectivity; ensure IT hardware runs smoothly.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues; coordinate with vendors/ISPs/POS providers; perform preventive maintenance; maintain backups.
• Support & Coordination: provide on-call/anydesk support; train store employees; maintain issue logs; assist during new store launches with IT setup.

ROLE: IT Maintenance Executive

EXPERIENCE: 1 to 4 Years (POS Devices)

LOCATIONS: Gurugram (Delhi NCR) & Bangalore

WORKING DAYS: 6 Days (Rotational Week-off & Field Work)

QUALIFICATION: Diploma/B.Tech in IT, Computer Science Engineering or Electronics Engineering.

WHAT WILL YOU OWN?

1. Store IT Support:

• Install, configure, and maintain POS systems, billing software, and peripherals.
• Handle installation, setup, and troubleshooting of printers.
• Support SIM-based landline phones and manage recharges, activations, and issues.
• Troubleshoot internet connectivity, Wi-Fi routers and network-related problems at stores.
• Ensure smooth functioning of all IT hardware during store operating hours.

2. Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues reported by store teams.
• Coordinate with vendors, ISPs, POS providers, and telecom partners for issue resolution.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Maintain backup devices and ensure quick replacements when required.

3. Support & Coordination:

• Provide on-call/anydesk support during weekends and peak hours if required.
• Train store employees on basic troubleshooting and correct usage of IT Equipments.
• Maintain issue logs through Terotam and share regular status updates.
• Assist during new store launches with IT setup and readiness.
