Job summary

Himesh Foods is seeking a Senior Maintenance Executive to oversee maintenance across our stores and kitchen facilities in Mumbai. You will ensure electrical systems, facilities, and infrastructure are well-maintained with minimal downtime, supporting smooth daily operations.

The role requires a Diploma/ITI in Electrical or Mechanical and 4–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in QSR, food retail, hospitality, FMCG or commercial kitchen environments.

Qualifications

• Diploma / ITI in Electrical, Mechanical or related technical field.
• 4–7 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Experience in QSR, Food Retail, Hospitality, FMCG or Commercial Kitchen preferred.
• Hands-on experience with commercial kitchen equipment will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and general civil maintenance.
• Good troubleshooting, problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple locations/tasks and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Handle preventive and corrective maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment such as fryers, proofers, mixers, conveyors, refrigeration units and coffee machines.
• Manage electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil and general facility maintenance.
• Conduct regular inspections and troubleshoot equipment/facility-related issues.
• Ensure fire safety equipment, emergency exits and other safety requirements are maintained.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely repairs and maintenance.
• Support new store setup, renovation and maintenance activities.
• Ensure maintenance activities are completed with minimum disruption to business operations.
