Job summary

Roquette is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor Mechanical to join the Viramgam Manufacturing team in India. The role focuses on leading preventive/predictive maintenance, coordinating a maintenance team and implementing global directives in a fast-paced environment.

BE (Mechanical) is required with 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably food industry. The position emphasizes safety, quality and environmental policy adherence at the Viramgam site.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of good maintenance practices.
• Must be good team player, self-starter, good enthusiasm.
• Knowledge of CBM and TBM.
• Able to handle the team of maintenance.
• Trouble shooting skill and able to read the engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of rotating, static Equipment, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment.
• The internal and external communication skill.
• Knowledge of ISO system.
• Knowledge of various safety standards, rules, regulations.
• Knowledge of OHSAS, HAZOP, JSA.

Responsibilities

• Implementation and follow the schedule of preventive/predictive maintenance.
• Lead and guide the maintenance teams for right jobs.
• Adopt and implement global maintenance directives in workshop.
• Monthly maintenance, consumables report.
• Skill development of the team.
• Monthly report preparation.
• CMMS – reduce the backlog of works.
• Coordinate with cross functional team.
• Ensure organization Global safety, Quality and Environmental policy.
• Responsible for minimum stock/spares availability.
• Operation PXB execution.
