Job summary

AP Management Consultants is seeking a maintenance technician in Tamil Nadu to perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery. You will troubleshoot mechanical issues, fit and install components, and ensure safe, efficient operation of pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, bearings, and valves.

The role involves alignment, lubrication, and replacement of worn parts, with a focus on timely responses during breakdowns and adherence to preventive maintenance schedules.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of mechanical maintenance and fitting work.
• Hands-on experience in breakdown and preventive maintenance.
• Knowledge of basic mechanical tools and measuring instruments.
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot mechanical problems
• Willingness to work in shifts.
