Job summary

Leadec in India is seeking a maintenance technician with hands-on experience in reactor equipment and related components. You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing breakdowns of critical machinery, including pumps, valves, and pneumatic systems, while ensuring proper lubrication and alignment.

The role emphasizes preventive maintenance on agitators, pneumatic control valves, diaphragm pumps, and related equipment, with a focus on safe, reliable operation.

Qualifications

• Experience with reactor equipment and associated components.
• Ability to handle breakdowns of industrial equipment such as blowers, pumps, and gear boxes.
• Knowledge of lubrication and basic oil/grease grades as per manufacturer specs.

Responsibilities

• Familiar with reactor maintenance and equipment like valves, pumps, scrubbers, heat exchangers, actuators, pneumatic systems, conveyors, divertor valves and weighing equipment.
• Handle breakdowns of equipment such as centrifugal blowers, pumps, screw pumps; alignment of blower and pump is mandatory.
• Replace belts, bearings, seals; perform basic lubrication per manufacturer specs; select correct oil/grease grades.

Role & responsibilities

• Familiar with reactor maintenance and associated equipment such as valves, pumps, scrubbers, heat exchangers, actuators, electropneumatic systems, screw conveyor, divertor valves & weighing equipment.
• Handle breakdown of equipment like centrifugal blowers, pumps, screw pumps, Gear Box. Alignment of blower and pump is mandatory.
• Belt, bearing replacement., seal replacement. basic lubrication systems such as Oiling, greasing as per equipment manufactures specification. Able to identify the Oil and Grease Grade for Proper application.
• Carry out preventive maintenance of agitators, Rotex pneumatic control valve, diaphragm pump, solenoid valves etc.
• Having Experience of Pneumatic System - Like Repairing of Cylinder and Replacement Work.
• Having Experience in Trouble shooting of Hoist / Crane. Sound Knowledge in Electro Pneumatic control Valves, actuators, differential pressure valves etc.
• Experience in minor repairs of MHE is added advantage.
