Job summary

Naukri E-hire is seeking a maintenance-oriented technician to assist the team with routine and emergency repairs of mechanical, pneumatic, or electrical equipment. You will monitor machine health through basic checks and contribute to scheduled lubrication and upkeep tasks.

You will support senior technicians in overhaul activities, document daily maintenance logs, and ensure compliance with GMP, PPE usage, and safety standards on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of mechanical systems, machine tools, or electrical panels depending on the trade.
• Ability to read simple technical manuals, component diagrams, and work instructions.
• Eagerness to learn root-cause analysis for machine stoppages and downtime.
• Ability to stand for long shifts and work in industrial plant conditions.

Responsibilities

• Machine Health Monitoring: Help track equipment performance through basic checks like temperature, vibration, and noise-level observations.
• Lubrication & Upkeep: Follow structured schedules for oiling, greasing, and general upkeep of plant machinery components.
