Job summary

Ethos Watch in Gurugram requires a multi-disciplined maintenance technician responsible for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, civil works and general building upkeep across offices and service centres.

You will manage preventive and breakdown maintenance, supervise vendors, ensure safety compliance and maintain documentation for audits. Strong problem-solving, teamwork and meticulous record-keeping are essential for success.

Qualifications

• ITI in Electrical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC), Fitter, Maintenance Mechanic, or any other relevant technical trade.
• Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering will be an added advantage.
• 3-6 years' experience in commercial office, hospitality, luxury retail or facility maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lighting, sockets, DBs, MCBs, RCCBs, UPS and earthing.
• Attend electrical breakdowns.
• Maintain logbooks and emergency lighting.
• Maintain Split, Cassette and VRV/VRF AC systems; perform filter/Driain cleaning and basic troubleshooting.
• Coordinate major repairs with vendors.
• Repair leakages, taps, flush valves and drainage.
• Maintain washrooms, pantry plumbing and pumps.
• Repair office furniture, doors, locks, hinges and partitions.
• Carry out laminate and polish touch-ups.
• Minor civil repairs, ceiling, flooring and tile repairs; paint touch-ups.
• Daily inspection of office, service centre, reception, pantry, washrooms and common areas.
• Execute PM schedules; respond to breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Supervise vendors, inspect work quality and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain watch repair workstations, utilities, lighting and storage infrastructure.
• Follow electrical safety, PPE, fire safety and housekeeping standards.
• Maintain PM records, breakdown history, spare inventory and inspection reports.
• Recommend asset improvements, energy-saving initiatives and cost optimization.

Job description

Role & responsibilities:

1. Electrical Maintenance
