Job summary

V Mart in Visakhapatnam is seeking a seasoned Maintenance Manager to oversee day-to-day upkeep across multiple retail outlets. You will plan preventive and predictive maintenance, manage AC/DG systems, monitor energy use, inventories, and budgets, and coordinate with vendors for smooth operations.

The role requires extensive experience in retail maintenance, strong reporting and negotiation skills, and the ability to lead multiple sites with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 37 years of experience in retail/store maintenance, facilities maintenance or commercial property maintenance.
• Hands-on AC and DG maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience in Retail, Shopping Mall, Commercial Facilities, Hospitality, FM or similar industries.
• Ability to handle multiple stores/sites and vendor coordination.
• Strong reporting, negotiation, coordination and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
