Job summary

Solarium Green Energy Limited is seeking a hands-on Utility Maintenance Engineer to manage and maintain the utility systems of our solar panel manufacturing plant. The role requires minimum 1 year of relevant experience and hands-on expertise with HVAC/AC, Chiller, RO, UPS, electrical systems or air compressors.

The candidate should have basic electrical/mechanical knowledge and be willing to work in shifts. Freshers are not eligible; experience in a manufacturing plant is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in utility/facility/industrial maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with HVAC/AC, Chiller, RO, UPS, Electrical Systems or Air Compressor.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Willing to work in shifts.
• Freshers are NOT eligible.
• Experience in a manufacturing plant will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot AC/HVAC, Chiller, RO, UPS, Electrical Systems and Air Compressors.
• Carry out regular preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Monitor utility equipment performance and ensure uninterrupted operation.
• Check electrical panels, motors, pumps, compressors and related equipment.
• Monitor utility parameters and identify problems before breakdowns.
• Coordinate with external vendors/service teams when required.
• Maintain utility maintenance records and schedules.
• Manage critical utility spares and ensure availability.
• Follow safety, PPE, LOTO and 5S practices.
