Responsibilities

• Oversee daily/weekly inspections to ensure uninterrupted site operations.
• Develop and implement Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules.
• Manage end-to-end installation of new machinery from specs to commissioning.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement effective solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Proficient in electrical and automation systems including drives, PLCs, sensors, pumps, and conveyors.

Role & responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

• Hands-on expertise in plant maintenance, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues.
• Strong knowledge of TPM, ISO/OHSAS standards, Kaizen, 5S methodologies, and MTTR/MTBF metrics.
• Overseeing corrective, predictive, breakdown, and preventive maintenance processes.
• Conduct daily and weekly inspections to maintain consistent and uninterrupted site operations.
• Develop and implement the Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules, ensuring all maintenance activities are completed and any missed tasks are rescheduled promptly.
• Manages the end-to-end installation of new machinery and equipment, from specification development and supplier coordination to full commissioning.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement effective solutions to prevent recurring problems.
• Proficient in maintaining electrical and automation systems, including AC/DC drives, VFDs, PLCs, stepper and servo motors, induction motors, solenoid valves, sensors, pumps, and conveyors.
