Job summary

Loom Solar Pvt. Ltd. in Faridabad, Haryana seeks a Maintenance Engineer to ensure smooth operation of solar module manufacturing lines and utility equipment, minimizing downtime through timely preventive and breakdown maintenance.

You will troubleshoot production machinery such as laminators, stringers, and assembly lines, maintain maintenance logs, and collaborate with production and quality teams to uphold safety and quality standards in a fast-growing solar manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma/BE in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics required.
• 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing or solar industry preferred.
• Hands-on experience with industrial machinery and maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot production machinery (solar panel assembly lines, laminators, stringers).
• Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines and utilities (compressors, electrical panels).
• Monitor equipment performance and minimize downtime.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Maintain maintenance logs and generate reports in the system.

Job Summary: We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to ensure smooth functioning of production lines, solar module manufacturing machines, and utility equipment by performing timely maintenance and minimizing downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot production machinery (e.g., solar panel assembly lines, laminators, stringers, etc.)
• Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines and utilities (compressors, electrical panels, etc.)
• Monitor equipment performance and reduce downtime
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
• Maintain maintenance logs and reports in the system
• Coordinate with production and quality teams for efficient operations

Requirements

• Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering
• 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing or solar industry
• Hands-on experience with industrial machinery and maintenance practices
• Basic knowledge of PLCs and electrical systems preferred
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
