Job summary

Responsibilities

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Electrician to handle electrical maintenance and utility operations at our manufacturing plant in Boisar.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment in the plant.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical malfunctions, breakdowns, and failures.
• Perform preventive and routine maintenance of motors, transformers, control panels, and electrical systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential electrical issues and ensure equipment reliability.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery and electrical systems.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, industrial electrical codes, and company safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of electrical maintenance, breakdowns, repairs, and inspections.
• Coordinate with engineers and other maintenance technicians for efficient plant operations.
• Handle electrical maintenance of DG Set, Chilling Plant, Air Compressor, Cooling Tower, DM Plant, Solar System, Softener Plant, Boiler, and other utility equipment.
• Take daily readings of electrical consumption, solar power generation, and utility consumption and maintain records in the designated logbook.
• Support plant maintenance activities and ensure smooth operation of all electrical and utility equipment.
• Willingness to work overtime, shifts, and weekends as required.
