Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience with industrial equipment.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, robotic, CNC and assembly systems.
• Experience in spare parts management and 5S housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Ensure availability of equipment to meet daily production requirements.
• Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
• Carry out breakdown maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Prepare and maintain Standard Work Instructions (SWI) and Job Element Sheets (JES).
• Manage spare parts planning, part number creation, and inventory control.
• Follow up on critical spares and ensure adequate stock availability.
• Maintain and update equipment drawings and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support production requirements.
• Ensure adherence to housekeeping and 5S standards in assigned areas.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and productivity.

• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
