Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics.
• 3-8 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Experience with CNC and engine test bed maintenance.

Ensure maximum availability, reliability, and safety of engine shop equipment through preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities. Responsible for maintaining CNC machines, engine assembly equipment, automated systems, engine test beds, and utility equipment while supporting continuous improvement and new project implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Equipment Maintenance

• Maintain and troubleshoot CNC machines (preferably Mazak), engine assembly equipment, and automated production systems.
• Maintain fixturized torquing machines, leak testing machines, sealant dispensing systems, washing machines, and conveyors.
• Ensure reliable operation of engine test beds, cooling chiller units, servo stabilizers, and utility equipment.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance activities as per schedule.

Automation & Controls

• Troubleshoot Siemens PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, VFDs, and servo drives.
• Perform PLC programming modifications, parameter backup, and restoration.
• Configure and maintain I/O modules, vision systems, and communication networks.
• Maintain electrical control panels, PCC panels, and machine safety circuits.

Breakdown Analysis & Reliability Improvement

• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for breakdowns.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to eliminate chronic issues.
• Improve MTTR and MTBF through reliability initiatives and Kaizen projects.
• Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements.

Spare Parts Management

• Plan and maintain inventory of critical and consumable spare parts.
• Ensure timely availability of spares to minimize downtime.
• Control maintenance costs through effective spare management.

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure equipment safety interlocks are functional.
• Implement Poka-Yoke and machine safety improvements.
• Adhere to EHS standards and safe maintenance practices.

Project & Improvement Activities

• Support installation, commissioning, and startup of new equipment.
• Participate in capacity enhancement and automation projects.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and quality.
