Job summary

Talent Cart is seeking a maintenance professional with hands-on experience in machine shop environments, including CNC/ grinding, and assembly lines. The role requires working with hydraulic systems and spindle technologies, conducting preventive, breakdown, and predictive maintenance, and reading mechanical drawings.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to collect predictive data are essential. The candidate should be comfortable with MTBF/MTTR concepts and familiar with Fanuc/Siemens CNC

Qualifications

• Experience in machine shop maintenance, preferably in powertrain or crank shaft projects
• Experience in assembly production lines, using tools and equipment and following SOPs
• Hands-on with grinding and polishing machines equipped with measuring probes (Marposs)
• Familiar with mechanical and hydraulic systems (hydrostatic spindle, spindles, ball screws)
• Knowledge of maintenance types: breakdown, preventive, corrective, predictive
• Ability to collect predictive data for critical machines
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiar with geometrical correction parameters
• Exposure to CNC machines with Fanuc/Siemens controls
• Ability to read and write mechanical and hydraulic drawings

Responsibilities

• Experience in handling Machine shop maintenance, preferably in Power train / crank shaft independently.
• Experience in handling Assembly shop on production lines and following SOPs and quality standards.
• Hands-on experience with Grinding and Polishing machines fitted with measuring probes (Marposs)
• Familiar with mechanical and Hydraulic systems such as hydrostatic spindle, grinding spindles, ball screws and filtration systems
• Understanding of breakdown, preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance and measuring MTBF / MTTR
• Collect predictive data for various critical machines

• Familiar with system parameters for geometrical corrections
• Exposure to CNC machines with Fanuc and Siemens controls

Job description

Role & responsibilities

Experience in handling Machine shop (CNC, VMC, HYDRAULIC, PNEMUTIC) maintenance Preferably in Power train / crank shaft independently. should be in transmission m/c shop / CNC Grinding machine shop / CNC Machine building.

2. Experience in handling Assembly shop (Working on production/assembly lines / Using tools and equipment to assemble parts / Following SOPs and quality standards / Coordinating with supervisors and team members / Maintaining safety and efficiency)

3. Hands on experience in dealing Grinding and Polishing machines fitted with measuring probes (Marposs), Balancing, turning and machining center.

4. Familiar with mechanical and Hydraulic systems such as Hydrostatic spindle / Grinding machine spindles / ball screws / axis slides and filtration systems.

5. Clear understanding on Breakdown maintenance, Preventive maintenance, Corrective maintenance, predictive maintenance and measuring parameters like MTBF, MTTR

6. Known to Collecting Predictive data for various critical machines.

7. Good understanding on analytical skill, problem solving techniques

8. Familiar with system parameters for geometrical corrections.

9. Exposure to CNC machines equipped with Fanuc / Siemens

10. Able to read & write the mechanical, hydraulic drawing.
