Job summary

LT Foods in India is seeking a seasoned Mechanical Maintenance Manager to oversee the efficient operation, maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement of all plant mechanical equipment and utilities.

You will lead TPM programs, conduct root-cause analysis, manage projects and budgets, ensure safety and statutory compliance, and drive cost-efficient productivity using SAP/CMMS.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical maintenance leadership, reliability, and continuous improvement.
• Strong root-cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to TPM, SAP/CMMS and budget governance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and reliability of all plant mechanical equipment and utilities.
• Lead TPM implementation and continuous improvement programs.
• Perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for downtime reduction.
• Manage projects, budgets, and safety compliance.
• Utilize SAP/CMMS for maintenance workflows and reporting.
• Provide team leadership and develop technical capabilities.
