Job summary

SANVIN group in Mumbai seeks a technically skilled engineer for maintenance and site supervision. You will execute tasks as directed by the Engineering Manager, monitor HVAC systems, utilities, and documentation, and coordinate with fitters and electricians across multiple locations.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, daily plant monitoring, material planning, and audit readiness, ensuring timely completion and proper record-keeping across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Carry out work assigned as instructed by the Manager Engineering and updated on work status
• Checking Of Documents every fortnightly for Good Documentation Practice
• Preventive Maintenance of HVAC in stores and Micro, and Its Record
• Daily Monitoring of Utility Boiler, chiller, Cooling tower and its record
• Follow the procedures as mentioned in SOPs
• To assigned Job to Fitters and Electrician as per Memo Received from All Departments
• Check all Assigned work Completion well in time and Maintain memo, Sorting of pending and completed job and inform superiors
• Check Consumables and make List with Proper Specification and generate Indent.
• Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance in Plant. Running of Standby Equipments for proper performance
• Checking & carry out job as per instruction at deferent Location of Organization.
• Daily Monitoring Job and work completion of Plant
• Planning of Job as per Memo from User Department
• Ensuring timely accomplishment of Breakdown and Preventive work
• To Monitor Purified Water System
• Checking Of Documentation part and update the same
• Spares management availability and Procurement by Indent and inventory control
• Check Requirements for Audit and Set Plant for Auditable purpose
