Job summary

Loom Solar, a leading D2C solar technology manufacturer based in Faridabad, Haryana, is seeking an Output Executive to manage the final production stage of solar panel manufacture and ensure smooth dispatch of goods.

The role involves maintaining production records, coordinating with Quality and Stores teams, and achieving daily output targets while upholding safety and quality standards. Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in relevant field required; 1–3 years experience preferred, freshers may apply.

Qualifications

• Monitor daily output and achieve targets.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality and Dispatch teams.
• Maintain daily production, rejection and dispatch reports.
• Ensure proper handling, packing and storage of finished goods.
• Monitor manpower utilization and allocate work efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, 5S and safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with maintenance for equipment issues.
• Reduce rework and improve productivity through monitoring.
• Report production issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Freshers with relevant internships may apply.

The Output Executive will be responsible for managing the final production stage of solar panel manufacturing, ensuring smooth dispatch of finished goods, maintaining production records, coordinating with Quality and Stores teams, and achieving daily output targets while adhering to safety and quality standards.
