About the Role

We are looking for a *hands-on Maintenance Engineer* to manage the maintenance of our *solar module manufacturing line*.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend and resolve machine breakdowns quickly.
• Carry out regular preventive maintenance.
• Maintain *Tabber & Stringer, Layup, Bussing, Conveyors and Laminator, complete Solar manufacturing line* machines.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and sensor-related problems.
• Check motors, drives, sensors, PLC/HMI and electrical panels.
• Monitor Laminator and other machine parameters such as temperature and vacuum.
• Maintain machine breakdown and maintenance records.
• Identify repeated problems and take corrective action.
• Maintain critical spare parts and coordinate for their availability.
• Follow safety, PPE, LOTO and 5S practices.

Candidate Requirements

• *Minimum 1 year experience* in industrial/manufacturing machine maintenance.
• Hands-on experience in breakdown and preventive maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical and pneumatic systems.
• Knowledge of sensors, motors, drives and basic PLC/HMI.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work in shifts.
• *Freshers are NOT eligible.*
• Experience in *solar module manufacturing* will be preferred.
