Job summary

LOOM SOLAR PVT. LTD. in Faridabad, Haryana is seeking an Output Executive to manage the final production stage of solar panel manufacturing, ensuring smooth dispatch of finished goods and accurate production records.

You will coordinate with Production, Quality and Dispatch, maintain reports, and uphold safety, SOPs and 5S standards. Freshers or 1–3 years' experience with a relevant diploma/BE are welcome. Join a fast-growing solar manufacturing setup focused on quality, efficiency and safe

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (solar manufacturing preferred).
• Freshers with relevant internships may also apply.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily output and ensure production targets are achieved.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Dispatch teams for smooth workflow.
• Verify finished solar panels before dispatch.
• Maintain daily production, rejection, and dispatch reports.
• Ensure proper handling, packing, and storage of finished goods.
• Monitor manpower utilization and allocate work efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, 5S, and safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team for equipment issues affecting production.
• Reduce rework and improve productivity through continuous monitoring.
• Report production issues and recommend corrective actions.
