Job summary

RECEX Pvt. Ltd. in Goa is seeking a seasoned Maintenance Lead to oversee the site maintenance function, ensuring maximum equipment uptime and efficient facility operation.

The role requires leading a multi-skilled team and coordinating preventive and reactive maintenance activities. You will implement a comprehensive Planned Preventative Maintenance program, drive KPI improvements, and ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental policies while delivering reliable production

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in manufacturing operations.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site Maintenance function with a reactive and proactive, multi-skilled maintenance service on all operational equipment and facilities infrastructure.
• Oversee planned scheduling creation and ensure adherence and timely completion of work carried out.
• Increase site operational effectiveness, improve project delivery, mean time between failure and downtime reduction, and drive KPI achievement while ensuring HSE requirements.
• Adhere to daily and weekly checks to ensure smooth operation of site.
• Develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule, ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out, plan missed maintenance activities, and lead the team to deliver effectively.
• Audit and ensure compliance of the engineering data systems.
• Ensure routine calibration and maintenance of electro-mechanical, hydraulic, etc.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems.
• Manage, coach and develop a high performing Maintenance team that meets objectives and delivers continuous improvements.

• Responsible for ensuring that the facilities, layout and machinery used to produce new and existing
• materials and goods run to their maximum efficiency and output. This includes total preventative
• maintenance, managing breakdowns of mechanical, electrical.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the site Maintenance function in providing both a reactive and proactive, multi-skilled
• maintenance service on all operational equipment and facilities infrastructure.
