Role Purpose

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for planning, directing, and monitoring all preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and availability of plant equipment, machinery, and facilities. The role ensures alignment with safety, quality, cost, and operational efficiency objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Maintenance Operations
  • Lead and manage all maintenance activities including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
